RETURNS:
PokerSuppliesDirect.com strives to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied for any reason with the product you receive, please contact us immediately at support@PokerSuppliesDirect.com. You must notify us in writing (via E-mail) within 10 days of receipt of the item and request a Return Approval and Authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior approval and authorization from PokerSuppliesDirect.com. An Authorized Return Form will be sent to you to be included with the returned product. All returns will be accepted for return within the first 30 days of being shipped and only with prior approval and authorization from PokerSuppliesDirect.com. Please inspect all freight deliveries thoroughly prior to signing for or accepting the delivery. If a product is damaged during shipping and you sign for it without noting the damages on the Bill of Lading or Delivery Receipt, PokerSuppliesDirect.com will not be able to authorize a return, refund or replace the item. Please notify PokerSuppliesDirect.com at support@PokerSuppliesDirect.com to report any damage. It is very important to do this immediately so that the process to resolve the claim can begin as soon as possible. All freight orders must be inspected, no matter how large or small the order. There are no exceptions to this policy. Returns must include all original contents including the item, manuals, instructions, parts, etc.; be in the original packaging; be in new condition (never used); include the original invoice or delivery receipt and include the Authorized Return Form. Please consider the following guidelines when deciding to return a product: Closeout items cannot be returned Customized or personalized items cannot be returned. A used product (books included), even if used for only one time, cannot be returned. Opened DVDs, Copag or KEM cards cannot be returned. (They cannot be resold after being opened.) Defective merchandise can only be exchanged for a similar product of equal or lesser value. If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. A return generally takes about 2 weeks to process. If you feel that a return is taking longer than it should, please contact us at support@PokerSuppliesDirect.com so that we may assist you promptly, REFUNDS: Please contact us by E-mail at support@PokerSuppliesDirect.com if you are requesting a refund. After prior approval and authorization, refunds will be made as follows: Credit Card payment: refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. Check or Money Order payment: PokerSuppliesDirect.com will provide a money order for the refund amount minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. BACK ORDERS, OUT OF STOCK, or DISCONTINUED ITEMS: You will be notified by email if the item you ordered is on back order, out of stock or discontinued. You can then let us know via email to support@pokersuppliesdirect.com if you would like to: - Cancel the order, - Select a different item or - Wait for the item to be restocked. If you choose to wait for the item to be restocked, we will ship the item immediately upon its arrival at our warehouse.
